Peak season (15. May - 31. October)                  49 € per day

Off-peak season (1. November - 14. May)           39 € per day
   During off-peak season the pool is not operated and the restaurant is closed (on request the cook will prepare something for you).

The day of arrival and the day of departure count as a whole day.

   Final cleaning                                          40 €
   In case of left dirty laundry we charge 10 € per machine.

   Security deposit                                    200 €

Fee for paying by credit card via PayPal -> 3,9% of total sum


   Down payment              30% of the total rent


Please arrive and depart between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. if possible!


If you cancel your booking less than 1 month before the start of your holidays you are liable to a 30% cancellation fee unless we should find another renter.
